This Choice Will be Mine

Megami Tensei IV might be my favorite game for the 3DS. And that's really saying something considering a Fire Emblem came out on it. But, I also really love Kid Icarus: Uprising as well, and can't decide between these two. 

One thing I really like about the SMT series (the regular one, not necessarily the Persona spinoff) is how the lady characters are handled.I like how they are, indeed, different from the male characters like women are in real life, but not to the point where their genders are their only attributes. I also like that your main character and the girl character usually don't get together and they're just good friends. And I really liked how in SMT III they kind of surprised me by making Chiaki's Reason power. Almost always, in any story ever, the male character has Power and the female character has something like kindness or wisdom or something like that.

Isabeau walked the path of neutrality, of course, which was kind of surprising, too. I expected her to be Law. But nope. She was neutral. Of course, you can't go wrong with the music in SMT either, the xylophone boss battle music in SMT IV is just perfect. Never thought that instrument could sound threatening.
